By accessing or using AquariumDraft (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AquariumDraft. By using the Service, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under 13, do not use the Service.
AquariumDraft is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use the Service at your own risk.
AquariumDraft provides compatibility information and equipment recommendations as general guidance only. We are not liable for any harm, death, or loss of aquatic livestock resulting from decisions made using this tool. Fish compatibility is complex and depends on many factors beyond the scope of any automated tool. Always consult experienced aquarists and conduct your own research before introducing new animals to your aquarium.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorro Digital LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will Zorro Digital LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zorro Digital LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

AquariumDraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
The AquariumDraft name, logo, and application code are the property of Zorro Digital LLC. Tank configurations and custom fish models you create remain yours. By making a tank or fish model public, you grant AquariumDraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other users via shared links.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. AquariumDraft is operated by Zorro Digital LLC.
